“You don’t need perfect words for your words to matter” – Gull

A tribute to the teacher who has inspired me to become a better person.

I’ve never wanted to be the best me before.

To the person who reminded me to smile everyday, who showed me there was so much more to life than I was getting out of it.

You’ve made it easier to breathe, to pick myself up everyday.

To the ray of sunshine in an otherwise dark world.

You made me laugh, like really laugh for the first time in a long while.

To the one who may not have realized how much her words meant to me.

I thank you for showing me that there are people who really care.

To Gull,

You’ve been a light in my life, and have taught me much more than just how to improve my writing.

You taught me how to love myself.

And that’s more than I ever could have asked for.

Thank you.
